As one of only three certified service centers we pride ourselves in quality rebuilds, upgrades, and timely service times. We are available to help you throughout the journey or building or upgrading your rig. Specific tips and tricks are available to make sure your installation is just right for the best strut performance. For the DYI crowd you will also get critical insight for your installation to ease any concern of quality fit and full articulation performance. If you prefer to drop off your rig and have us install or fab mounting we can do that too. We will even work directly with your builder to get your ride fitted and tuned just right. Customer service is our most valuable offering to the offroad enthusiast. When you buy from us you get full support for initial and fine tuning. When you purchase from PTG the initial nitrogen tuning is complimentary. This will get you right in the ballpark and get you on the trail without having to go through any learning curves to get them tuned. If you are in the neighborhood of the shop or find me on the trail I am always ready to get some fine tuning handled. Don’t worry if your rig came with the struts or you got them elsewhere. For a reasonable fee you can get a full-service tune and the same exceptional service. We are happy to give you a tutorial during tuning should you want to do some tuning for yourself.
